The garden is open daily from dawn to dusk. Wadaiko (Japanese drum beating) is held from 2:10 pm on the 6th, from 10 am on the 13th and from 12:40 pm on the 20th. Some other events are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays during the festival period. Admission is free.
